I printed this sheet twice onto photo paper, as I had difficulty cutting the cogs out. I cheated by cutting the decoupage from the second sheet, so there wasnt a lot of white showing.
I mounted the base image straight onto an A5 card black and used 1mm foam pads to add the decoupage and text plate.
