A quick card design for you to make up and send to your secret crush.
You could always print it out twice and add foam tabs to another heart and layer it up.
A few sentiments to send with it are added for you too.

I resized and printed twice on glossy photo paper and trimmed round the first and cut out the heart on the second.
The first was mounted with foam tape on a red A5 cardblank,prepared with a red hearts background,cup:384052_173 matted on black card.
I added a double gold glitter plain border. The 2nd heart was edged with cristal stickles and names added. I layered this and the sentiment with foam tape. To embellish I added 3D roses tied with a bow, a cupid charm and gold and red hearts. A good base design for lots of valentine projects.
