I made a white card base and cut the top border then printed the sheet twice on photo paper.

I wet glued the 1st picture to the base then cut out around the heart and bike from the 2nd picture and added with foam squares to the card, also added the sentiment with foam square.

I added gems to the 3 lights on the bike and small clear gems to the top border.
