These are fabulous coordinating gift tags that open up into fun little cards. Secure closed tags with small velcro dots for easy opening to view message or greeting. "To:" and "From:" are shown on back of tag.

I printed this sheet onto heavyweight glossy photo paper and cut out all the parts. I punched a hole in the top and added ribbon. I then stuck the 2 sides together just below the hole with ribbon through it.
I added velcro dots cut in half so that the tag can be easily opened and closed. I added the decoupage elements with foam pads.
