Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached main piece to blue card stock, then to a red card base. Attached other pieces using foam pads.

I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape . I mounted on a red and then black mat. I used some red rhinestones,some stickles and liquid pearls to accent. I also changed the envelope to say love so it could be used for an anniversary card
