Hearts and Roses with Champers in Bow Frame

I copied to glossy, photo paper and cut out. After backing the base with d.s.t. I matted to white scalloped card. I added the decoupage using sticky pads and gel glue. Highlighted the glass with Stickles Diamond, the heart with red glitter glue,the flower and the bow with the Stickles.

Then I glued on the red beads winding round the glass and popped red Candi at each corner. This will be a fabulous card for valentines day, an Engagement, or just to tell someone you celebrate the love you have for each other.

A very good card to have in stock as it has many applications.
