Puppy Love on a Heart with Flowers Scalloped EnvelopeCompleted by Jayne Taplin

The image was printed onto good quality paper and all layers were cut out and decoupaged using 3d foam pads.

I added a Happy Anniversary sentiment peel off and made a small bow to attach to the border.

The topper was then mounted onto pink cardstock which was then glued to a blank A5 card. A gorgeous anniversary card that was so easy to make.
