Printed onto glossy photo paper by cup. Cut out topper and decoupage. Secured topper onto an 8 x 8 scalloped card and then added decoupage with foam pads for the 3D effect.
Added a gold border around the edge and then a gemstone border around the heart shape.
Also added a butterfly and put gemstones on that too.
