With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper, to bring out all the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a light blue C5 card, then i added a blue wavy border all round the outside edges of the design, to finish my card i made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, and placing the welcome home hero sentiment at the bottom left, this is a terrific design which could be used for a number of ocassions, was very easy to cut and make up and is very effective when done.
