This can be made as a quick card by printing the design straight onto the card of your choice.

If you wish you can print it onto good quality decoupage or photographic paper, cut down the middle where indicated and adhere the front and back to the main card using double sided tape.

If you wish to turn it into a decoupage card then print the sheet twice.
