Fisherman BirthdayCompleted by Eve Bartlett

After printing onto good quality card stock I covered a 14.5 cm x 10cm card with the swirly background and then decoupaged the fisherman on topc I cut the final fisherman in half, then I added a Happy Birthday sentiment and orange peel off border lines around the main picture, finally adding a couple of fish.
