I cut out all the pieces and adhered the large picture onto orange mirror card, which I then stuck onto card stock.

I then attached the rest of the apple pieces with 1 mm foam pads onto the main picture.

I added a bit of sparkle onto the leaf, white and red spots by using Stickles. To complete the card I stuck a sentiment onto another piece of orange mirror card with 3 mm foam pads and fixed this onto the card with doubled sided tape.
