I printed this off on quality photo paper. I cut out all of the pieces and assembled them using foam pads.

I printed another craft sheet, so that I could cut out another syringe, then I glued that down using sillicone glue and I used some silver craft wire, which I slotted underneath the syringe and into the sillicone, to give a more scary and realistic look.

I used foam pads under the sentiment and onto glitter red card and attached that to the picture. I layered the whole picture on red holographic card and then onto my blue card front.

I used some red glitter paper to stick a red cross on the nurses apron and hat. I also added a silver glitter star at the point of the needle to make it look sharp and I added Inkssentials Glossy accents to her eyes to give a lovely 3D effect.
