I printed the sheet onto matt photo paper and glittered the cake and the candles before cutting out all the elements.

I mounted the main image onto a red layer and added the topper to a card blank. I used foam pads to build up the decoupage layers.

I then added a few red gems and some glossy accents to finish this great card.
