a quick make topper sheet for the young ladies who have just passed their driving test has a cute female teddy with a celebration bunch of flowers just tossing her L plate to one side has ribbon trim with passed across the topper and a lovely pink bow has a key and fob tag which says congrats also a blank fob for the greeting of your choice

''''''''''i printed the sheet on gloss photo paper, cut it all out and layered them up using foam pads, I put the completed topper onto a white hammered card, added peel off corners and borders and some gems to finish it off
I printed the sheet onto lightweight card and cut out the elements. I used DST to attach the base image to my card blank, then added the decoupage elements using glue gel.
I finished by adding a glaze to the key and hair bow, and pink glitter glue to the dress trimming.
