Yummy Cake & Champagne on a ScrollCompleted by Wenona Elie

I printed this lovely sheet onto 280 gsm card. I then decoupaged the pieces using 3mm square foam pads. I then centred the topper onto A5 size card. I then added gold filigree corner borders, then glittered to finish.
