Printed onto glossy photo paper. Cut out topper and decoupage and secured topper onto an 8 x 8 scalloped card. Added a gold sparkly border and then added decoupage with foam pads for 3D effect. Then placed gemstones around the four squares and also on the wedding rings.

A wonderful design for a wonderful card.
