With This RingCompleted by Sandra Carlse Designs

I applied silver backing paper to good quality white cardstock. I layered central image with foam pads & used silver heart shaped peel-offs to border the image. I positioned the message banners to the top & bottom of the card. This card looks lovely when made up.
