I cut out the pieces and cut the frame off the picture, then mounted the pieces onto the base with silicone glue.

I threaded green ribbon through the side panel, stuck on clear gems and mounted it on the left of a 15cm square card. I mounted the picture and frame. I mounted the ribbon and greeting on gold and put them on the card. I then accented the roses with 3D lacquer.
