I matted the main image on to silver mirri, punched the corners and mounted on to an A4 card. I decoupaged and added a top hat. I used 2 greetings, 1 in the top left corner with metal hearts attached and a bow.

The other I placed beneath the main image and added two pearl hearts. I added pearl gems to decorate the cake and to finish the card off.
