Printed onto Crafty Bobs photo paper, cut out the card using wavy edge scissors, decoupaged with foam pads, tied cream ribbon round and attached a corkscrew charm to one end and secured it to the card, added some bubbles round the edge and a gem heart to the bottle, very easy to make and suitable for a number of occasions making it a very versatile sheet.
