The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a gold pearlesent card which I made a bit bigger using a border made from dark gold mirri card.

I mounted the topper onto gold mirri card.

I layered up the rest of the decoupage using Pinflair glue gel. I used one of the greetings supplied mounted onto the same mirri card as the border. I threaded some wide gold satin ribbon down the border and used crystal stickles on the champagne to finish.
