For my card I used cup122916_359 printed on matte photo paper, scored and folded down the middle to make my card.

I printed the design on matte photo paper and adhered the base to the card with d s tape. and then foam tape for the decoupage.

I added the two embellishments from the sheet to either side of the sentiment then added a small adhesive crystal to the centre.

I added larger flower embellishments to one corner.
