Happy Wedding Day Decoupage Card TopperCompleted by Denise Mynard

I printed this sheet onto a good quality photo paper and cut out all the elements. I mounted the main topper onto a black mat then onto an 8x8 inch card blank and built up the decoupage using foam pads.

To decorate the card I used glitter... gems and peel offs. This beautiful designed card was very quick and easy to make.
