I found a background paper which coordinates beautifully. Cup162593. Printed this out and trimmed to size I I placed white laced ribbon down side of card with cream velvet ribbon on top. Seated Topper where I wanted it and added die cut sentiment. Finally added cream roses on ribbon to embellish.
I did not do the decoupage on this card but will use on the envelope y){kind=link}
