After printing out the sheet and cutting out all the elements - I mounted them with foam tape onto the base topper.

Then making a card base out of Black A4 Cardstock, which I adhered the base topper onto.

I then decorated the heart edge with hot pink Liquid Pearl dots (like mini kisses). I am still to add a vellum insert and maybe even a lovely verse.
