I cut out both parts for the card, cutting out the centre white part on the second part then I took a white card and attached the main part to the card using double sided tape.

I then trimmed the front of the card to match the scalloped top but left the back the full size.

I then added the decoupage part using 3 D sticky fixers. I added little lilac gems to the centre of the flowers in the lace border. This is such a pretty card and reminds me of France.
