I printed the sheet onto smooth white card and cut out the 2 images. I added the base image to my card and then added acetate to the back of the frame image.
I added foam pads around the back of the square, popped in some beads, sequins and other tiny baby embellishments and added to my card.
This would work equally well with glitter.
