I cut all elements. I layered the bear with very thin foam squares. I then added an acetate front to the frame,layered double foam tape to the side and added my glitter. I also changed the 2011 sign to wonderful.

I mounted the entired iece on a blue metallic mat and then a brown card. I finished off with an orange bow
