I first printed the sheet onto card stock paper. I cut out all of the elements on the sheet. I folded the tab into a mountain fold and used two sided tape to adhere it to the back of the intitial doll figure.

I used foam mounting pads to give the hat, lips and shoes a 3d effect. I used colored pencils to sharpen the colors on the card.
