Printed this card up on High Quality Photgraphic Paper. Cut out all the pieces and decoupaged with 3d foam pads.

I used the Martha Stewart Cosmos Garden Punch on Silver Cardboard to make the wheels look like mag wheels and used a Silver Hot-Fix bead on each wheel in the centre.
