I printed this sheet onto 160gsm card and cut out all the pieces. I covered a base card with a blue embossed card and attached the main image centrally. I added all the decoupage using foam pads and finished by adding some die cut baby embellishments.

What a cutie. Printed, cut out and layered up and then after attaching a blue baby background to my card blank attached the topper.
Attached tiny satin stars to the podium and greeting,. white flowers and then finished off with a white satin baby ribbon.
Makes a lovely card when completed.
