Baby Bottle - Mini Folded Cards for Baby Girl
This sheet has 2 mini baby bottle shaped, folded cards. One purple, on pink. Labels included of each color: "Thank You", "It's A Girl!", and one blank label that you can customize as you wish.

I really like these cards, Just cut out the bottles and fold in half vertically, add your sentiment to the front of the bottles, There are several to choose from, I then decoupaged the bow at the top of the sentiments.
I printed the sheet onto heavy weight card paper. I cut it out and made bottle shaped card. Using double side adhesive tape I attached the decoupage and additional flowers to the card.
