I decided to make a card with this sheet rather than a topper. I first printed the sheet onto card stock. I cut out all the pieces. I then used pink backing paper on the card. I then used a second backing paper to begin layering the elements.

I layered the elements using foam mounting strips. I used colored pencils to outline the elements and to give them some color. I glued the daisy ribbon around the edges of the card. Lastly I printed the Congratlations phrase onto white vellum. I ran it through my creative station sticker maker. I then applied to card.
