Printed this on High Quality Photographic Paper. Cut out the bear and decoupaged with 3D foam pads. I added a computer generated tag 'Its A Girl" and added a pink jewel to the tag.

Added two pink jewels to the wheels and added a dark pink bow instead of the decoupaged bow that came with design.Then added 2x3mm stick-on eyes.
