I cut out the cake and mat and layered it onto brown then pink card. I then cut out just the top of the cake to decoupage,added glitter glue to make hundreds and thousands, fun flock covered in glaze to make the cherry.

Then cut out and stuck on the bow and sentiment, added a couple of the flowers and a gem to finish.
