Printed this design onto photo card and cut out the elements, I first placed the insert in the inside of my card on the fold, then I did the same with the front and cut around both pages, this made my card into a portrait design, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads,
I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper, then mounted the base and the front on to white card using a glue stick.
Cut out, then attached the front and base together at the top with DST.
Assembled the decoupage with glue gel and added a few gold liquid pearls to decorate.
