What a lovely card!! I printed the design onto card,I then cut out the bottle shape and folded in half vertically, Next I added the decoupaged front label and greeting.

I finished with the holly and ribbons at the neck of the bottle,after i had glittered the berrieds and trimmed the ribbon with glitter.
