This is a shaped topper for an 8x8 card. There's a very cute bear sitting on a plinth supporting a large heart. The plinth features a large sentiment: You are so Very Special. The bear and flower have decoupage layers.
There's also a sentiment heart topper with the female relative names on and there are tiny tags with small lettered greetings to finish off this lovely design.

Printed onto glossy photo paper. Attached base image to 8x8 card stock using PVA glue. Built up image with 1mm foam pads. Added small gems to centre of the roses.
