I printed on to paper at a slightly reduced size. Mounted the topper on to a 7x7 card and cut to shape. Layered all elements, adding some netting to the hem of the dress. I placed a pretty paper inside the card from cup536518_1443. Added iridescent gems and a greeting.

Printed on 135 gsm paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the card using dst and trimmed around the front edge.
This is a beautiful design.
