Red Tulips Circular Birthday Card

Circular card front and step by step decoupage. To make a circular card, just cut out card front and slice a LITTLE off the bottom and left hand side (to let it stand up and for a hinge).

Glue onto an A5 card blank (A4 card folded in half) and cut round. I have left it completely circular to allow you to also use as a topper on an A4 card if you wish.
