I printed this out on matte photo paper and cut out all the images. I decided to just use one side of the heart and from the second I cut out the small heart and butterflies to use for decoupage.
I used a heart border punch to edge my card.
I added the main image to my card with PVA glue and then the decoupage with silicone glue. To finish I added a peel off greeting to the small plain heart and added that with silicone glue. I then added a little glitter to the small heart on the topper and dots of liquid pearls to the butterflies.
