I printed this image twice, once onto card and once onto heavyweight paper for the decoupage pieces. After cutting and folding the card I first added a sentiment with silicone glue and then the decoupage pieces so that it looks as though the bear is holding the sentiment.
To complete I used glossy accents on the sunglasses and zip. I also added the "cool" sentiment inside the card.
