A really quick and simple card to make! I printed the sheet onto smooth white 300gsm card, cut out the card shape and extra head plus one of the sentiments.
Added the sentiment tile with 3d foam pads and folded the card using a bone scorer. Card completed!
Oh, added a little sparkle to his teeth!!
