Printed and cut out design pieces at a reduced size and also used one of the designs from cup536447_66 (Bagpipe Papers) for the background.
A piece of the background paper was cut slightly smaller than the front of base card, mounted onto black card with DST, trimmed to leave a narrow border and secured to front of white base card with DST.
The waistcoat was made up using foam pads and secured (at a slight angle) with foam pads to the front of white base card, along with a sentiment.
A lovely card which is easily made.
