1 Today - Frame It I Card Front
This sheet has a topper, designed for use with an 8x8 card blank, to create a shaped card front. The design is one of my 'I' Card range - tutorial available.
This design is for the little girls celebrating their 1st Birthday. The design is a large number infront of a frame topped with balloons. A photo can be placed behind the frame (or a favourite character can be inserted) to personalise for the birthday girl. There is a banner with decoupage layers for the bottom of the design. 2 mini tags are also included on the sheet for you to place as you choose.
A matching insert is available seperately.

I first personalised the main image with a name, then printed slightly reduced size to smooth card. I matted a delicate bubbles paper, cup53130_96 to pale pink Hunkydory card and attached to an 8 x 8 scalloped card with dst.
I attached my chosen photo under the photo frame then attached the topper to the card with dst. I layered the elements with thin foam.
I embellished some balloons with tiny pink star gems, added sparkly hearts to the banner and added a string of cristal mini flower gems with opaline round gems to the number one. ( Sounds a bit OTT, but it looks pretty!) I added pale pink shimmer card candi to the top and attached the Happy Birthday tag and a tiny pink bow beneath the banner.
I finished with the matching insert, available separately. Very pretty design for a precious little girl!

Firstly sorry that my photo is side down. Tried rotating it the right way, twice, but it won't correct itself.
Anyway, i copy and pasted this Cup first as it was too large when i test printed it (slightly bigger than 8x8). I used Word Art to write on the banners (1 Today & the little girls name). I printed it twice onto Matt photo paper, so that i could Decoupage certain elements of it.
I used Encapsulated Glitter self adhesive paper to stick behind the cup image, then carefully cut out the bits i needed and also the window for the frame. Then i stuck the photo of the birthday girl behind the cup image before sticking it down, then stuck on the pieces to decoupage using tiny foam pads and lastly added the chipboard teddy bear, Pink flatback pearls and Iridescent sticky gems to the balloons and the No.1
