I covered a 7x7 card with shiny gold linen effect card, then printed the design onto good quality glossy photo paper to fit my card.

I attached the base image with 2mm foam tape, and layered the balloons with 1mm foam tape.

I embellished with gems for a bit of sparkle and added tiny stars to the "today" balloon. A Lovely colourful card for a 21st birthday. This is easy to craft and looks stunning when completed. I finished my card with a matching insert, available separately.
