I printed out this design, slightly reduced size, onto glossy photo and cut it all out. I printed out a plain gold insert belonging to this design range,(available separately)the same size and matted the number base to this with DST.

I attached this to a red 8x8 scalloped card with 2mm foam tape for depth. I added a decorative gold edging to the sides. I layered the balloons with thin foam and added glitter, red gems and star gems to embellish. I completed the card with a matching insert. A lovely colourful and eyecatching card for a 30th Birthday.
