I covered the original message on the lower frame for one in Catalan, then cut all the elements out. I covered a card blank with textured shiny gold card and attached the main image with double sided tape. I layered the balloons and mini tag with glue gel.
This makes a spectacular, eye-catching card for a 70th birthday! A fab design!
