* Used 8" x 8" white square card

* Covered white card with Downtown Abbey card from Crafter's Companion

* Attached "80" with d/s tape and Collall tacky glue

* Added 6mm gold gemstones round the edge of the design

* Coloured 3mm self-adhesive pearls with peach Sharpie pen

* Placed the coloured pearls round "8"

* Added extra 3D squares under the wine bottle

* Placed metallic embroidery thread behind the balloons to create strings

* Added 3mm yellow 3mm pearls on the wine glass stem

* Added extra pearls & gemstones on the bottle
